Panama-flagged cargo ship sinks in Bay of Bengal, 22 crew missing

A Panama-flagged cargo ship, MV Ocean Winner, sank in the Bay of Bengal off the Odisha coast. Two of the 24 crew members were rescued from life rafts. Search efforts continue for the remaining 22.
