Copyright Policy

All original material appearing on mindrollingtrusts.com, encompassing literary, artistic, dramatic, musical, cinematographic and sound-recording works as well as computer programmes, compilations and digital embodiments thereof, is protected by copyright from the instant of its creation and fixation in a tangible medium. Such protection arises automatically under the principles of the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, the WIPO Copyright Treaty and the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights, without any requirement of formal registration.
