Drishyam 3: The Conclusion collected ₹176.50 crore net in India across its first three days, Sacnilk's day-wise sheet showed on Monday. That is ₹211.80 crore India gross, ₹61 crore overseas gross and ₹272.80 crore worldwide. Bollywood Hungama put the India net a little lower, at ₹174 crore, with Friday at ₹62 crore, Saturday at ₹52 crore and Sunday at ₹60 crore. The two trackers disagree by ₹2.5 crore. They agree on the shape of the weekend.
The film, directed by Abhishek Pathak and led by Ajay Devgn, opened on Friday 2 October. It is the last chapter of the Hindi thriller series. Sacnilk counted 49,950 shows over the three days and 69.14 lakh footfalls. Hungama called it the second-biggest Hindi opening weekend of 2026, behind Dhurandhar 2, and ahead of Border 2. It also called the weekend Devgn's biggest opening as a lead.
The three days, show by show
Sacnilk's split is the one with occupancy attached. Friday did ₹62.00 crore net and ₹74.40 crore gross from 15,759 shows at 60.1 percent occupancy. Saturday fell to ₹53.50 crore net and ₹64.20 crore gross from 16,868 shows at 48.1 percent, a drop of 13.7 percent in net. Sunday came back to ₹61.00 crore net and ₹73.20 crore gross from 17,323 shows at 56.0 percent, up 14.0 percent on Saturday. The show count rose each day. The Saturday dip was in the seats, not in the number of screens.
Overseas gross was ₹61.00 crore over the three days on Sacnilk's sheet: ₹18.50 crore on Friday, a peak of ₹22.50 crore on Saturday, and an early ₹20.00 crore on Sunday. The foreign curve did not follow the India curve. Saturday was the weak day at home and the strong day abroad. Ticket splits on the India side put BookMyShow at about 34.9 lakh admissions and PVR, INOX and Cinepolis combined above 22 lakh. Those two channels do not cover every single screen, so they sit inside the 69.14 lakh footfall total rather than replacing it.
What the weekend does and does not settle
Hungama said the film was made on nominal costs and was already a commercial success on arrival. It projected a Monday north of ₹25 crore net, a first week that could reach ₹260 crore, and an entry to the ₹300 crore net club in under ten days. Those are desk estimates, not collections. The only closed numbers are the three days.
A Friday-Saturday-Sunday of ₹62, ₹53.5 and ₹61 crore net is a hold, not a collapse. Occupancy falling from 60.1 percent to 48.1 percent and then recovering to 56 percent, while shows rose from 15,759 to 17,323, means the film kept screens and won back part of Saturday's empty seats. That is the figure a Monday trade call will use. A film that sheds shows on day four tells a different story from a film that sheds only occupancy.
The ₹2.5 crore gap between Sacnilk and Hungama is ordinary for a Sunday estimate filed on Monday morning. Sacnilk's ₹176.50 crore includes a Sunday net of ₹61 crore. Hungama's ₹174 crore includes a Sunday of ₹60 crore and a Saturday of ₹52 crore against Sacnilk's ₹53.50 crore. Until producer or distributor statements land, the range is the honest number: about ₹174 to ₹176.5 crore net, about ₹211.8 crore India gross, ₹61 crore overseas, ₹272.8 crore worldwide on the higher sheet.
Where it sits
Sacnilk placed the weekend among the top five first weekends in Hindi film history and said it beat Pathaan's opening weekend by ₹29 crore. That comparison is a tracker claim about net, and it should be read as such. Hungama's ranking is narrower and easier to check inside 2026: second to Dhurandhar 2, ahead of Border 2, and Devgn's largest opening weekend. Both rankings can be true. They measure different lists.
The open question is Monday. Hungama's line in the sand is ₹25 crore net. A hold above that, with the show count near Sunday's 17,323, would put a ₹260 crore week in range. A drop that also cuts shows would make the ₹300 crore talk early. The weekend itself is already on the books: three days, roughly 69 lakh people through the doors in India, and a foreign gross that peaked on the day India dipped.
